Welcome to our in person Sydney and Online Chair Yoga Teacher Training, designed to give you everything you need to confidently teach Chair Yoga for everyBODY. This training is held in a beautiful venue in the heart of Newtown (Inner West Sydney) and live-streamed on Zoom for those who wish to attend from anywhere in Australia or beyond. All sessions are recorded and will be available for all participants.
This comprehensive 30–65 hour certification pathway is designed for yoga teachers, health professionals, carers, corporate workers, and community leaders who want to teach Chair Yoga confidently and professionally across a wide range of settings including aged care, disability support, workplaces, studios, community programs, and online environments.
