LV Chair Yoga Teacher Training (Sydney)

Learn how to teach Chair Yoga and become professionally certified with our LV Chair Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Our course is comprehensive, in-depth and will teach you everything you need to know in order to teach Chair Yoga to many populations, safely and effectively. It is open to yoga and non-yoga teachers such as medical or mental health professionals, community or aged care workers, teachers, corporate workers or anyone who would like to share the benefits of Yoga with more of their community. Must have some previous yoga experience (practice or teaching).

The course consists of 32 hours of study including 16hrs of face to face, plus 16hrs of self study tasks. This includes reading of parts of the manual, and access to some online content, it will be given to you on the first day of training. This must be completed before attendance at the final face to face portion of the course.

Course cost includes all training materials including 200+ page manual & copy of DVD.
