Self Study Online Chair Yoga Teacher Training

Learn how to teach Chair Yoga and become professionally certified with our LV Chair Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Our course is comprehensive, in-depth and will teach you everything you need to know in order to teach Chair Yoga to many populations, safely and effectively. It is open to yoga and non-yoga teachers such as medical or mental health professionals, community or aged care workers, teachers, corporate workers or anyone who would like to share the benefits of Yoga with more of their community. It is best to have at least 15hrs previous yoga experience (eg going to classes, home practice or teaching). 

How It Works:

* The course consists of 32 hours of study including 16 hours of pre-recorded video content from our LIVE virtual classroom training

* First, you'll watch all the 4 recorded videos of our Teacher Training. (links will be sent to you upon registration)

* Then, working at your own pace, you'll complete 16 hrs of homework (this homework is explained in depth in day 2 of the recordings). The homework includes some study of the manual and online content, along with some home practice, completing 16 question written assessment, lesson plan and preparation for your 15 minute practical assessment (this is explained during the training recordings). We suggest completing this within the one month time-frame to keep you on track with the training.

* Upon submission of the checklist of homework, lesson plan, 15 minute video** and a 16 question assessment, you will gain your certification 

** Your video may be sent to your trainer or completed via a Zoom call if you prefer

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your certificate to arrive as all assessments are marked personally by Claire with feedback provided.

Course cost $725AUD+gst includes all training materials including 200+ page manual, access to 20+hrs of extra online training content, plus online versions of Claire's and Lakshmi's DVD. We also offer ongoing support and job opportunities through our facebook group. We have a vast catalogue of upskilling mentoring circles, Chair yoga class videos, meditation videos, scripts and more resources in our teacher's only shop.
