This month's topic: Warm Ups and Cool Downs
You may think warm ups and cool downs are just for exercise classes, but did you know they are extremely important part of a Yoga practice? Skipping over these parts of a class can change the way a student experiences their Yoga practice and may even lead to injuries or residual tension in the body, mind or emotions!

* Why are they so important and why should we be including these in our practice or teaching?
* How can we teach safe and effective warm ups and cool downs, and what are the types of movements could we include?
