Service Description

Bring LV Chair Yoga to your centre, group, event, conference, meeting or festival for a Get Fit Where You Sit workshop. Sessions can be based on any of the aspects of LV Chair Yoga such as office yoga, posture, meditation, reducing stress, mindfulness, physical fitness, mobility flexibility and strength, chakras, self massage, and much more. Every workshop is individually tailored to suit your needs, and suitable for any occasion, age and levels of experience. Available in Australia, or via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

For classes and appointment, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment or class, your session will be forfeited. For event and workshop bookings we require a minimum of 48hrs notice for changes or cancellations. Any cancellations after this time will result in 50% charge of the total cost. For teacher training please refer to the individual refund policy in the event description. We understand things happen, sometimes at the last minute. If there are extenuating circumstances please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can find a solution. Thanks for your understanding.
