Service Description

Are you finding it challenging to figure out what to do next or how to implement your new Chair Yoga skills? Maybe you'd like some help with class sequencing or adapting poses? It could be that you need some assistance with communicating effectively or ideas for a particular client or class you have. Perhaps you just need to practice, refresh or re-inspire your teaching. Whatever you need help with as a LVCYT, I am here for you! Our mentoring session will be tailored specifically to your individual questions and challenges. You will receive feedback, suggestions and valuable tips to help support you and your teaching. It will run over Zoom, one on one, so that we can focus on YOU. Before our session I'll ask you to send me some questions as to what you would like to talk about so that we can really go in depth and make the most of our time together. You can choose to book individual sessions or a package of a few sessions so that we can follow up and create lasting success for you as a LVCYT!

Cancellation Policy

For classes and appointment, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment or class, your session will be forfeited. For event and workshop bookings we require a minimum of 48hrs notice for changes or cancellations. Any cancellations after this time will result in 50% charge of the total cost. For teacher training please refer to the individual refund policy in the event description. We understand things happen, sometimes at the last minute. If there are extenuating circumstances please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can find a solution. Thanks for your understanding.
