Reiki & Yoga Therapy Single Session

Service Description

Yoga Therapy and Reiki Healing in the privacy of our studio in Newtown or your own home, office, studio or via zoom. Yoga & Reiki Therapy is a combination of both Yoga Therapy and Reiki healing. It offers a holistic approach to healing during which the therapist and client/s work together, one on one or in a small group, using the tools of Yoga and the energy healing of Reiki to help the client/s to move towards health and wellbeing. Yoga & Reiki Therapy is suitable for everybody, and all conditions. Usually, a Yoga Therapy and Reiki session will consist of some consultation, discussion, practice and reiki healing. The session may include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) techniques, sound healing, hands on/off Reiki (energy healing), meditation, mudra or mantras, crystals, or other tools that might be used depending on the individual and condition. A practice may also be prescribed which the client will complete at home, as their own personal Yoga practice.

Cancellation Policy

For classes and appointment, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment or class, your session will be forfeited. For event and workshop bookings we require a minimum of 48hrs notice for changes or cancellations. Any cancellations after this time will result in 50% charge of the total cost. For teacher training please refer to the individual refund policy in the event description. We understand things happen, sometimes at the last minute. If there are extenuating circumstances please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can find a solution. Thanks for your understanding.
