If there is a problem with your DVD purchase, please get in touch with us via our contact page. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. If a product is faulty, return to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

For teacher training, there are no refunds within 7 days of the training or once the materials are shipped and all payment plans must be completed.
