About The Event
Join us for our next Chair Yoga Teacher Training, taught LIVE in Sydney or livestreamed via Zoom.
This training is for anyone who wants to learn how to teach Chair Yoga in a fun, supportive and practical way, and become professionally certified as a Chair Yoga Teacher. All live sessions are recorded, so you can revisit the content in your own time.
Our curriculum is extensive and in depth. You’ll be equipped with the skills, confidence and knowledge to safely and effectively share the benefits of Chair Yoga with everybody. After completion of the foundations training, you’ll also have the option to choose from 30 elective modules that allow you to further your skills in specific areas of Chair Yoga teaching.
